Sreelakshmi joined MCC Partners in August 2026 as a Bookkeeper, supporting our SME and startup clients with the accurate, well-kept records that everything else depends on. She takes a careful, methodical approach to her work, and understands that clean books are not simply a compliance exercise — they are what allows a business owner to see clearly where they stand.
Her attention to detail gives clients a reliable foundation to build on, with records kept organised and up to date so they can get on with running their business rather than worrying about the paperwork behind it. Outside of work, Sreelakshmi is a keen reader and a great lover of films and television, and can usually be relied upon for a recommendation. She also enjoys seeking out new restaurants — and, by her own admission, talking. Between the books, the box sets and the conversation, she is rarely short of something interesting to say.
