Tang joined MCC Partners in August 2026 as Client Manager, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge built up over more than a decade in the profession. Having worked in practice since 2014, she has supported a broad range of clients across accounting and taxation, and has developed the kind of well-rounded technical grounding that only comes from time spent at the sharp end of practice work.
Her experience strengthens our ability to look after clients properly — not just getting the numbers right, but staying close to the people behind them. Tang takes real care over client relationships, and her breadth of knowledge means she is well placed to answer the questions that matter, keeping everything in line with our philosophy of Save Time, Save Tax, Keep it Simple.
Outside of work, Tang is a master baker and a devoted plant person, with a serious interest in horticulture. Between the two she has cultivating down to a fine art — although we understand the sourdough starter demands rather more attention than the houseplants, and considerably more than any of us demand of her.
