We've invested in upgrading our payroll software to Bright Pay, a comprehensive solution offering enhanced functionality. This transition brings several benefits:

Streamlined Payslip Distribution

As part of our service improvements, we're implementing a more efficient system for payslip distribution:

• All employer payslips will now be uploaded directly to the MCC portal
• Existing portal users will notice the improved documentation
• New users will receive guidance on accessing the portal

Optional Employee App

One of the most exciting features of our upgraded system is the dedicated employee app, which offers:

• Direct delivery of payslips to staff devices
• Secure document sharing
• Reduced administrative burden for employers
• Minimised risk of payslip distribution errors

This optional service is available at £1 per employee per month. Our team would be happy to arrange a demonstration of this functionality for interested clients.

Standardised Information Collection

To improve accuracy and processing speed, we're standardising how payroll information is collected:

• Standardised spreadsheet templates for all submissions
• Consistent format for payroll data
• Reduced potential for errors or misunderstandings

Important Processing Deadlines

To maintain service quality while accommodating these improvements, we're implementing new processing timelines:

• All payroll information must be submitted at least 3 working days before payment date
• Information must be provided using our standardised template
• Late submissions may incur a £50 processing charge
