Over the past year we've welcomed new clients, restructured the firm into a limited company, expanded our group with sister company JB Partners Financial Services, and brought James on board as our Office Manager. The momentum doesn't stop there — we're now looking to add another talented person to the team.

To do that, we need the right people in the right seats. And right now, we're looking for someone who lives and breathes payroll and bookkeeping.

The Role: Payroll & Bookkeeping Administrator

This is a split role — three days a week on payroll and two days on bookkeeping. We're looking for someone with proven, hands-on experience in both disciplines who can hit the ground running.

A few highlights:

• Running approximately 100 client payrolls (predominantly monthly, with one weekly)
• Handling RTI, auto-enrolment, CIS — including annual CIS reclaims for limited companies
• Maintaining industry-standard bookkeeping records for a portfolio of clients
• Preparing VAT returns under MTD

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience.
